• We manufacture and supply brand-new, high-quality retreading materials.

• Product details including grade, size, pattern, packaging, and specifications will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

• Images shown are for reference only; the actual product may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Orders must be placed through the official website or application.

• Pricing displayed is exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

• Megarub Industries reserves the right to modify product pricing, availability, and specifications without prior notice.

4. User Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery details.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct grade, size, and pattern is ordered.

• Improper use, storage, or application of products may void eligibility for return or replacement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be processed and dispatched as per the timelines mentioned at checkout.

• Delivery delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

• Customers are advised to check the products at the time of delivery for any visible damage.

6. Cancellation & Return Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

• We offer a 15-day guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with the product quality, you may return it within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

• Once inspected and approved, refunds/replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• After 15 days, returns or cancellations will not be accepted.

• Incorrect selection of grade, size, or pattern.

• Improper installation or application by third parties.

• Damage caused during use, storage, or transport after delivery.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
