Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your tire order under the following terms:

Before Dispatch
• You can cancel your order anytime before the product is dispatched (usually within 1 business day).
• A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• No cancellation charges apply.

After Dispatch
• If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• You may wait for delivery and then request a return as per our Return Policy (if eligible).
• Delivery charges (if any) will not be refunded.

How to Cancel
• Contact our customer support through the app or website with your order number.
• We’ll confirm the cancellation status and process the refund (if applicable) within 5–7 working days.
