• A return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, uncut, and in their original packaging.

• Any signs of installation, tampering, contamination (dust, oil, or dirt), or physical damage will make the product ineligible for return.

📸 Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

• Your order details (invoice/confirmation).

• Clear photos of the product and packaging showing its condition.

🔎 Inspection & Approval

• Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.

• If approved, you can choose between a refund (as per Refund Policy) or an exchange for another product.

• If the return does not meet the conditions, the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
